This AT&T two-line speakerphone with caller ID/call waiting can be used with one or two incoming telephone lines and features a speakerphone for hands-free use. It is hearing aid compatible and can also be used hands-free with a two-band 2.5 mm headset (purchased separately). This phone can be used on a desk or mounted on a wall and does not require AC power for basic operation when a fresh 9V alkaline battery is installed.
The 992 has a switchable data port for connecting the phone to another device such as a fax machine or modem. It has a caller ID feature which supports Caller ID with Call Waiting service (Caller ID services are subscriber services available from many local telephone companies for a fee). The backlit screen display allows you to view information on the screen even in low light conditions. The 992 also features a 24-number memory for faster dialing and has a directory which can store up to 100 additional numbers with names.

The AT&T 992 2-Line Speakerphone keeps you in touc without having to touch a phone. Speak on 2 lines through the handset or set up conference calling on the speakerphone, to keep your hands free.
