Ordering

We have pre-ordering options available for brand new products prior to its release. The release items for these products will be mentioned in the product information details and are typically shipped out on their release date. You will be charged at the time of purchase and will be notified once your product has been shipped out.

  • was damaged in shipping

In the event that our products go out of stock, they can all be back ordered. Once you have purchased a back-ordered product, you will receive an email regarding the estimated time of delivery.

Pick-Up

Pick Up orders must be picked up within 7 business days. If your order is not picked up, it will be cancelled and a refund will be made to your debit or credit card.

 

Pick up orders are paid for online at the time of checkout.

  • We will only accept a credit or debit card for Pick Up orders

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Please bring the following items with you:

– the credit card or debit card that was used for purchase
– a photo ID
– printed copy of the purchase

Our pick up service allows you to pick up your order from our physical location instead of having your purchase shipped to you.

If you have received the wrong product or it doesn’t match what was shown on our site, or if there was an error on our part, there will be no charge for a return label, provided the item is within its return policy.

Exchanges are only possible for exactly the same item with the same make and model. If you wish to buy a new product, you can do so by returning your initial purchase for a refund (if eligible), and then place a new order for the new product that you are interested in buying.
